No parent is meant to do this alone. No provider is either.
For over a decade, I’ve watched families piece together their care from all across the city.
It’s time our village had a home.
Welcome to The Hive.
I’m Deandra, LMBT & Owner of Three Little Bears Massage, & I’ve been caring for Greensboro families since 2012.
On any given week, my table might hold a mom in her first trimester who’s tired of being told to push through discomfort, followed by a three-month-old who’s finally starting to turn his head both ways.
I hold the only internationally accredited certifications in both infant and pediatric massage, and I’ve supported families through everything from oral ties and colic to NICU stays and palliative care.
After all these years in the treatment room, I know one thing for sure: when the right people surround a family, everything changes.
Most families have to build that circle themselves.
I saw it play out in my practice, week after week.
A mom would come in for a postpartum massage, and somewhere in the middle of the session, she’d tell me she was struggling. Feeding wasn’t going well, she still felt off in her body, & she was so exhausted she didn’t even know where to start.
The next family would bring in their baby for torticollis & mention that they’d been waiting weeks just to get a feeding evaluation.
I always knew who they needed. I’d point them to the best people I knew, one across town & the other in the next county over, & then I’d hope they’d make those calls before they ran out of steam.
And the providers I recommended were some of the most talented, caring people I knew. Most of them were working the way I was: one room, one practice, no colleague nearby to turn to between sessions & ask, “Have you ever seen this before?”
Our families needed their village in one place. And so did we.
When you join, you’re not just renting a room. You’re entering a village that’s been growing for years.
Families can feel the difference when their providers know each other, & so will you.
Here’s what comes with your key:
Come see where you fit in The Hive.
We open in early 2027, with just four resident rooms for founding providers. Whether you’re ready to claim one, curious about the flex room, or dreaming up a class for the community space, I’d love to hear from you.
